Chicago (IL): For the second year in a row, Happy Kids Chicago has been invited to the Houby Parade. This year, more than 30 characters will present and ready to meet your little ones!
Named Houby after the Czechoslovakian word for mushroom, the festival has four decades of rich cultural tradition in the Berwyn Cicero area. The weekend long festival draws local residents as well as people from all around to experience food booths, vendors, carnival, arts and crafts, music, sidewalk sale, Houby Queen Pageant and much more. The Houby Days Parade steps off Sunday October 7 at 12 Noon on Cermak Rd & Central Ave and will travel west ending at Cermak Rd & Wesley Ave.
